Shuqin is a bit outnumbered in her attempts at happiness, but struggles through it. Doing what's right and good for others is hard to do when a tag team of mother and daughter have an axe to grind. Struggle is what makes a good story happen. Characters are always doing something that drives the story. Elements I like that can keep me engaged.
