really love this book so far...💞💞💞💞 NO MISUNDERSTANDINGS SO FAR/ NO RAPE fl mother left 10yrs ago mysteriously, father is a disappointment, scheming step mother and a half brother who wants to have his way with her. so far this fl has been through it all. one night she has had enuf after she is attacked by her half bro. she is saved by the ml and he doesn't know why but he starts to feel for her. (I think they know each other a long time ago but have forgotten each other). with a cruel family and a grandmother who wants her grandson married they have a fake marriage but real certificates. little by little he shows his care for her. She moves in and he is quick to save her from a problem at her job. think these two like each other but dnt admit it yet. Fl also has a cute golden retriever that has adorable convos with her hubby... the golden retriever saves this fl from her family twice.. hes a sweetie 🐕🐶

I was really looking forward to reading this until I read 'golden retriever'. I am deathly afraid of animals especially dogs, I rarely read books where the main characters have a pet. Either way, I plan to read this and hope that I won't give myself nightmares.

I've finished the trial chapters and I have to say that I am very excited about this book and where the story is going. This story is very interesting and original. The author knows exactly what they are doing and I trust that this novel won't make me rip my hair out. This book better get picked up or I'm flipping this app and my table.

First, the chapters are too short. The trial 60 chapters should be about 25 chapters at most. There isn't any story development to speak about The entire 60 chapters seem to be circling around the same place. The FL character is unbelievably stupid. She makes you disdain her because she is totally lacking a brain or personality for that matter. What world background?! That said, the story is acceptable considering the recent wave of contemporary romances. At least the ML hasn't raped the FL so far.
