What are you talking about. When he was alive it states that he was a male named ‘Eve’. His origins stated that his name was ‘Eve’. He only was reborn in the body of the world tree/a goddess but he is still a male named ‘Eve’ inside.

Honestly I see MC as Rimuru Tempest. No gender really. He's addressed as both in the novel, she/he. This MC strongly reminds me of Rimuru style Plus he's a god after all. His identity does become kinda messy in the novel, idk how much the Author gonna downplay things
