Don't get offended bro, I only stated a fact! There are readers that love harem there are readers that don't love harem. Everyone has a different taste, so your question is a dumb question to me.

He's not far off though. I can explain to you why people would like it, but since you do not appreciate it, those reasons would not make sense to you. For example, people may find it funny, but that is also subjective to a certain extent. They find enjoyment in reading about a bumbling protagonist with plot armor because of the ridiculousness of it, as well as the potential jokes along the way. Not particularly into the idiot MC archetype myself but I enjoy it every now and then. I just don't take it very seriously..
