The book is pretty good, the grammar and general use of English could be improved but overall, the book is a nice read. Firstly the MC is intelligent, he uses his advantages properly and knows when to avoid unfavorable situations. The MC isn’t a pervert which is very refreshing, the female characters are also not unreasonably in love with him nor do they drop their pants in heat as many perverted authors like to write. The flow of the story itself is well grounded and based on logic, apart from the necessary plot points where MC is given certain powers for free for the sake of the plot. The MC himself is an individual who follows the eye for an eye rule, he also does so logically and not the “you disrespected me so i will murder eighteen generations of your family” way. This is a nice break from the usual cliche in most novels of this genre. The EQ of the MC is not low although the MC ignores incidents where female characters show interest in him. I am not certain if this novel will have a love interest but I am enjoying it nonetheless. The character emotions of the MC are also fairly fleshed out, showing a dynamic range of reactions and emotions. The MC does not forget his past life and ‘become’ the new person, instead he remains as himself but hides his past life from others which is nice because I dislike when an MC forgets their old life to embrace the new, in reality no one could just ignore their old lives like that and most people would be apprehensive about abandoning their persona like that. If they can abandon it so easily then they are a shallow person. The side-characters are also not NPCs, they show emotions and contemplation as well as self reflection and self improvement. When faced with a challenging situation some of them change and decide to become better, others cower in fear and properly give up on making trouble. This is a wonderful development process because it is far more true to life, unlike how in other novels the side-characters hold onto grudges even till death, even grudges borne from small matters. The world development is fairly good, no real information has been provided about where exactly the MC is in the world, it mostly information about the close proximity of the MC. I.e the author has indeed described the community the MC lives in but hasn’t talked about countries or continents or anything like that. This is actually not a bad situation and you don’t particularly notice it. Overall, the book is well worth your time. A majority of individuals who read it will enjoy the it.

I am more inclined towards making a power couple rather than a harem as it became too cliche for a powerful character to have a harem of beautiful ladies. But if the story demands I may include the element later

Well i know it become cliche but having a harem also gives story new possibilities such as helping harem girls, saving them, solving problems, helping them to become stronger and the most cliche one is setting up the antagonist as he tries to snatch someone from harem. Well it's your story and I'm gonna give it a try. I just hope this becomes a harem later
No harems go with power couple. If you want the other girls to find happiness then give them their own individual romances
Na***w, power couple is way better, harems wastes a lot of things and is very uninteresting as there’s hundreds of novels with harems. And the opposite as well but, harems a no go lol
A well written harem never destroys a novel but only helps it. Also if a novel is of 1k+ chapters and you have only 1 girl then most of the time she will be away from MC and romance anyways becomes invalidated. If the novel is of 300-500 chapters then 1 girl is sufficient to hold the story.
If there is a possibilities of making a harem at least make it so the ladies received the same treatment not just based upon favoritism, cause that'll make the others feels inferior like they are just some bonuses that the MC get after winning a Grand Prize.
Yes please do not make a harem, there are far too many OP protaganists with harem novels, the girls are just side characters with absolutely nothing to them except +18 scenes

I think you misunderstood. Demand here doesn't mean the demand of readers or trends it is the situation of story. Story demands means, what will fit the story most so it would turn out good
Oh sorry for misunderstanding that. I thought you were talking about reader demand like a lot of authors bow in to. However, I'd still appreciate it if you could give a concrete answer if it will be harem or not before I start reading. Harem is just....... such a polarizing thing. People either are ok with it or absolutely HATE it. No matter how good a story is, how good the world building, how amazing the character development, harem is like the one drop of piss in a bucket of cow milk for some. It ruins the whole thing. I've seen people who are ok with harem also enjoy non harem. But never in my life have I ever seen someone who hates harem enjoy a harem novel. That's why in the review section you see so many people asking if the story is harem. If they see an answer like yes or 'maybe', then they immediately drop it. Rather than reading to like 100s of chapter then finding out if there are more than one love interest and beginning to hate a story they used to love, they'd just swipe away from the story and read something non harem.... That's why the tags are for. If the Author is writing a story about harem, they add it. If they aren't, then they don't. For us harem haters, there is no in between. Like a hard-right capitalist or a hard-left communist, you either with us or against us.... come to think of it, harem lovers are actually a lot less toxic than us harem haters :V .........Holy **** i was ranting lol. In any case, the whole creative choices in this novel are still yours and I don't mean to effect it. It's just when you said you might change the story according to 'demand', i thought you would change a non harem story to a harem one if many readers are outspoken about wanting a few more waifus.
