This novel starts a little shakey and the moral character of the MC seems questionable, but as it progresses those elements become less prominent. The novel is a pretty decent surface level look at a reborn MC exploiting his knowledge to become wealthy and powerful in Hollywood,. Its not super deep, but if you like American films and don't mind the occasional historical inaccuracy for the sake of the plot there's plenty to enjoy here.

Additionally I should mention, that while the MC's development is a little flat outside of his wealth, the character growth of the supporting character's under him is pretty compelling.
