I have read up to the 500+th chapter from the raw and it made me a little bit disappointed. This is in my opinion. I am not really into ML's abusing the FL's. The reason for the divorce is because the ML had chosen the other girl while both of them had a fight which caused the accident and both of them had a miscarriage. The ML carried the other girl and took her to the hospital and the FL had to endure the pain. The second ML lead found her but it was too late. Thus, after all the suffering the girl decided to file for a divorce. He also r@ped her afterwards just right a few days after the miscarriage. After the divorce she got depressed and found out that she was pregnant again so she decided to go overseas. Then she found out that she was a rich mans' illegitimate daughter and he took care of the mother and child. She went back to China to handle company affairs after 3 years. After a few more chapters, it was mentioned that all has been planned so that they can take over the other girls company. The miscarriage was not planned though the guy had regretted that the baby had died,. yada., yada., but dude, why would you do that though., make your partner miserable then ask for forgiveness like nothing happened. I pity the second ML here because he is really nice to our FL. This one is over 3000+ chapters so I know that everything will just go around and around., It's kinds exhausting to read because of the drama.

3000 chapters?! Of her having to be abused and humiliated like that? Thanks for this. I am a sucker for these types of stories because I LOVE it when the scumbag guy suffers when he discovers the truth. Hate it when they still end up back together though. It is worse here because he KNEW the truth yet still carried on with what he did. No excuse. If only this story would have her end up with Gu Yian, and the hopeless scumbag lives alone forever with eternal regret. He had what he worked and schemed for, but he lost her. He killed that love himself. She forgives him so that she, can heal, but she can never love nor trust him again as he is capable of such brutality simply to achieve his goals. Now, if this book had that sort of ending, I would read it. Thanks for the heads up.

The time skip is inconsistent. It's confusing. 😐 The FL should have her bearing and resolution because it's been few years but her changes is very inconsistent. She can't hold her own ground. They had been divorced for how many years, how could the FL let the ML humiliate her. 😐😐😐 Boring plot.

coming from future chapters and, you guys...the ml is a total scum with no brain at all.. the fl is such a pushover, anyone can drag anywhere with just a small threat, that she can totally be fine dealing with but nooo.. she really has no backbone. and her kid is such a nuisance, the girl is 3 but she's already so disrespectful to her mother, calling her "stupid /fool"! this story had potential but the characters are so bad at using logic.. or any part of thier brain.

Shitty. absolutely shitty. i am nOT gonna waste ur time by writing a full book about why this book is shitty i seriously can do that but i won’t. The ml is a total Dumbass. a capital DUMBASS, the fl is a totAl PUSHOVER a capital PUSHOVER. their whole fucking relationship is toxic af. he allowed her to Get a Miscarriage and he didn’t even show up to the hospital but was instead taking care of The bitch that caused her miscarriage, the bitch told him that the fl pushed her down the stairs and caused her Miscarriage and he didn’t even ask the fl if it was trUe... he just believed her. the dude has a company, he has connections and he couldn’t even investigate to find out he truth of the situation. it’s absolutely baffling that the author is trying to make he son of a bitch ml. the fl is too weak. like honestly it’ normal to be weak every once in a while or to be scared but her weakness and her fear has just crossed the borderline of her being a total fool and pushover... she doesn’t respect herself but somehow expects others too. i’m wondering how her company is doing well with such a person as the CEO. she has a team of bodyguards but never called them when she came back to the country and the ml started harassing her. don’t be fooled by those people that say this book is “Awesome and flUffY” i don’t know which eye i Of them is seeing having an abusive brutish asshole as awesome and fluffy. i am dropping this... that’s one hour of my life i’m never getting back.
