Could be good, but the typical clash between MC and jealous young masters will be annoying. Finally, I don't like those VR game novels where MC has knowledge he shouldn't have. There is an AI watching over them, and although there are laws, humans don't respect the law when there is a important goal. How is he supposed to explain, should he be caught exploiting a bug ?

I didn't read the rebirth thief book, but as long as you don't hate the clichés about young masters, romance, and you don't mind that the MC already has all the knowledge of the game before playing it, the writing is good, and the events flow rather well. It's a matter of personal taste in the end...

I must admit I am impressed! For once, their is no system or rebirth Mmorg gamer. The MC works all on his own merits and is for once a magical class! Yes, there is a bit of stereotypes but not to the point of gagging. Read up to chapter 5 at least before making up your mind.
