This story has a lot of potential and we don’t want it to go to waste so here are some suggestions: 1. Make it modern first then make it futuristic 2. Don’t add anything other that a lounge & standard rooms and maybe one room for yourself and have everything included in it like a shower with soap, tv with maybe a few shows, etc 3. Adding onto 2, as you progress add a gym, then a swimming pool, and maybe a movie theater. 4. Make the inside good not the outside or else it is going to draw attention but make it better as you go 5. As you progress add floors and more rooms 6. Make it a two story to have the rooms be on the first floor and the top floor for yourself 7. Add food or drinks they want to bye some in the morning, afternoon, or night 8. Make the prices like black tech internet cafe to be fair
