I don't remember if there are any NTR-like things, but I doubt anything comes close to that. As for the rape, it happens once, but it happens to one of the main love interests. She most likely became impregnated (not sure it is ever confirmed at the time this story is at), but it's by her ex in a kidnapping situation. Lots of people hated it or just moved on. This is towards the chapters around 30, but this doesn't really hurt the story too much. Although I am disgusted by that part, this novel is supposed to be dark, at least sometimes.
