He got cucked at the first 5 chapters which didn't really matter but then at chapter 220 he got cucked again his girl gets drugged and raped by an ugly old bastard then because he didn't want her to remember cucking him and that she got raped he erased her memory not only that but told her mom to move with the nurse waifu to another city and to rub salt on the wound he sees her get together with another man this is also not the only times he gets cucked also yes this novel hasn't been that far translated in qidian but in sites like novelupdates you can check out the advanced chapters there where he gets cucked I reccomend not checking that out
