Thx for the new update... His black blood is super OP.... And with how the war would start in few years, it's gonna be like kids in candy store with the boss of it told them you can get any candy you want as long as you could grab it.... In his time of war, there's a lot of blood line clan that still exist, so he definitely would become OP.... And tag Obito secretly inside his blood or something to keep track of him for the eyes... And also Nagato...

Yup, author mention he could gain ability from bloodline, the same as the black hole effect,grinding the blood line and literally give him the purest form of the blood line abilities..

Not for now, and wouldn't be I think since it would be too much,unless he want his minato to be all rounder with tons of unique abilities... But he definitely able to have any blood line he want...
