This book is actually a spin off character from her other novel. Their character development and their loves are different. It does not link with the other characters. Not yet. I really look forward to original stories and this one doesn't disappoint me. The story goes about a girl who gets heart broken over her love for a men whie dumped her for another girl. He does regret it but this girl is moved from china to Korea by her sister in law. Female lead did try to make amend with her father and step sister but they dd not take it well. She then left for a good joh opportunity in Korea. She is mislead by her cousin thinking that the Male lead is a gay but in reality he is not. Very soon she starts attracting attention from Male leads mother who happens to love her and starts telling her to call her mommy soon. Things are just starting to warm up because male lead thinks she is a lesbian because she lied in order to comfort him thinking he is a gay. Just so he wont feel all alone as the queer guy. My English is haphzard here but I look forward to reading a new chapter every day, and I rarely comment on books but this is one of those that are worth it. So dont be sloppy. And keep up the good work

I really LOVE this novel. Come and read this one. Promise that you will like this. HERE ARE THE THINGS WHY I LIKE THIS NOVEL SO MUCH: 1. It can uplift the mood of the readers. The leads have a funny conversation that makes you grin. 2. Yeong is the type of male lead that will capture the reader's heart. He is not the same as those cold blooded Male leads that I have read here in Webnovel. His action is quite cute. 3. Yanmei is smart. Who doesn't like SMART female lead? 4.The relationship between the two is quite funny. Nakaka-inlove. 5. It's not also like those typical face slapping/revenge novels. P.s. when I read TPLIF, Yeong's character is not what I ever imagined here. Love can really change someone. P.p.s. I am looking forward for their SMUT please 🙏🙏🙏

I've already read the previous novel by this author so i know a lil bit bout d main leads . Nd I wanted this story of Anton too . He is one of fav ml's . Nd Yanmei chr is good nd flexible. C changes acc 2 anton's environment since c loves him a lot . Anton too is d same , once a cold , ruthless man changes but only 4 his woman. Overall it's a gud novel with diff plot not d cliche ones .

Anton and Xia. This story started from the President's Bodyguard. Really enjoyed both personalities and their love story that happens unexpectedly and full of romance. Antonia parents and sister are the real matchmakers and would stop at nothing to push them together.

Im only half way through the chapters available and I am already so in love with this couple. They are so hilarious haha people who are so stubborn and pretending to be something they are not and totally falling for each other. Ahhh the denial and misunderstanding haha the writing is in good English and little mistakes makes for easy captivating reading. Can't wait to read the other series in this universe too! :)
