Okay so at chapter 20 I personally quite like mc. Mc has not yet turned evil but you do have hints‚ he's rational smart and gives an interesting perspective to things also I quite like author's other book so I had some expectations about at least quality and the character design of mc which were redeemed. Anybody in 2 minds about it should give a try And I haven't given 5 starts coz right now world hasn't been explored much so I can't give 5 stars there

This is such a hidden gem. Character development and perspective are both probably the best things about this novel (excluding the story itself of course). The fact that there are both good and evil on both sides, and that each race isnt strictly acting as they do in most novels (not all elves are arrogant and hate non elves, "monsters" arent all evil, humans have both kind and evil people) which makes this novel just so much better. I would have still enjoyed this novel had each race strictly acting as their stereotypes, but the fact that the world is not black and white only makes the story better.

I think this story is pretty brilliant. A lot of people complain that the pacing is slow buy for me the pacing is just right. I feel the first 25ish chapters help introduce the MC and develop his personality. And then once you get good understanding of who the MC is and how he thinks, the author threw in some world development and action to show how he would react. Overall this stuff's gold👌🏾👍🏾👌🏾👍🏾👌🏾👍🏾

Everything that I say is based on my opinion and mine only, with my experience as a reader, and there may be some spoil so read the story first (or at least until chapter 55) and come back later ;) So, I think it's a interesting story with a good idea which need to be kept, but I think some things could be improved in your story author-san : - For the dialogues you could just use "..." rather than = "..." = or * "..." *, it would create an aerial text which would be a lot more enjoyable to read. - The Hydra idea is good, but the fact that each an every head will have an independante consciousness like it's a different beast will be pretty confusing in the future in my opinion (when you revealed the hydra I thought it would be like each head has a brain = parallel thinking and multitasking but still one unique consciousness). Finally, I really think this story could beneficiate having a editor/proofreader because there is a lot of clumsy sentences with misused words or time (even though it doesn't prevent the understanding of the story) but I know that you give it your all so keep up the good work !

Pretty good so far the plot development is a bit slow but fast enough to keep you engaged. I personally am a sucker for dark stories and overall evil MC's so I do hope it continues Luke that.

In the beginning the writing is superb, but starting around chapter 35, it goes downhill and is quite uncomfortable to read. There are misspellings, missing words, wrong words, and a ridiculous amount of (brackets). From previous comments I surmised that it’s update schedule was really stable, but in the last two months it has been unpredictable. The plot is captivating, but has a few clichés. Thankfully most are treated in an interesting way. The main character is very smart, and acts intelligently at almost all times. This is not a dumb MC. I repeat, this is not a dumb MC. He grows and his relationships with others are well thought out. Forty chapters in, yet I am still confused about the setting. While reading I have gone from medieval to futuristic, and most things in between. Right now I think it is a standard sword and sorcery world with a little electricity, a global peacekeeping organization that gives everybody magic identity rings, and ridiculously good, well funded citizen care organizations.

It's a great story. For once, the mc is actually smart and keeps the mentality of someone who grew up as a weapon and doesn't become a good for nothing who helps everyone for nothing in return. The only time he actually helped someone in the name of "love"he suffered and regretted it, so I hope next time we'll see that he learned from his past experiences.
