Review Detail of Rurisou in Stop! You Sexy Beast

The story was moving so nicely, but I dont understand why cahpter 213 and 214 are recycled previous chapters?? If someone could enlighten me on this. I thought it was an alternative universe and something was different but after comparing the two its completely the same...
