What a dumb review. As if you don't know how to read at all. It was stated that a few additional limb is not strange in this novel at all. So why would they report it if a baby has a tail?

The mc doesn't have an absurd power. If the MC want to have an absurd power he can wish to have the purest saiyan blood or the blood of the first saiyan. He can also add the bloodline without the cons such as having a tail but bring able to transform to oozaru. What can even you say about the name? What if in this universe the name "john" is the most common japanese name and first name of the feudal lord of japan. Remember. This is a fiction. Anything cam be a reality.
