Review Detail of Mental in Fourth Prince's Debauchery

Aaaaah. (Sigh) I wish for once, a novel where, when author says/promises, MC (OP and Reincarnator) will do something (won't get involved in plot directly) and sticks to it, at least for a while longer. Story: Hey MC is the most powerful being alive. *Gets nerfed immediately / Not really, there are hidden(mysterious)powers! And more contradictions. It's a real let down, it started (first couple chapters) interesting !!!
