This is a complete trash. You will drop it after chapter 2. Enemy who raped many girls, killed many man before was caught by MC. He did not kill the man just sent him to prison. But the enemy came out of the prison just some time later and tried to assassinate him in the middle of night. MC did not kill him, just ask him to scram. The enemy is supposed to join a immortal sect and will gain power where he has no immortal root. The stupid fok MC is just trash.

How would his sect know about who killed him? He couldn’t tell anyone before coming to kill MC as it would mean he is disobeying his master and that high tempered master would clearly kill him for this. So no one knew where he is and if you dump the body well no one would know whether he is alive or dead. Well this is kind of stupid tbh, let exclude the "plot armor" what can he do? letting him escape just to prolong his life a little bit, but that rapist will come to revenge for sure. Not to mention he doesn't have root, he will stay mortal while his enemy gets stronger. He would get killed anyway while the guy live happily and with that kind of attitude i believe if he had power he would target his family as well, worst outcome. But if he killed him, he will get rid of the potential threat. You mentioned he has family, but why i couldn't see his action while he openly offending that immortal. He didn't know how petty person that immortal was to begin with, he could just annihilate his family over small ****, who knows? We just justify MC's action because he is MC, he will get stronger and get plot armor to save his ass.
