This fanfic is pretty good but I find the idea of giving the mc more than 1 devil fruit at the beginning too op, but still good in my opinion

Maybe, but when you compare him to the rest of the Irregulars, he is the second weakest that entered the Tower. Phantaminum slaughtered a **** ton of High Rankers in Zahards own place. The only thing we know about him is that Yuri called him a bastard. Enryu could kill a Guardian... Nuff said about him. Urek could kill Rankers like slaugthering chicken. In the grand scheme of Tower, he is not that op.

Yes, he is an Axis, but not a God. I'll leave it that. Nonetheless, he is still considered an Irregular according to the story.
