only thing the MC says is What and Huh... basically the world building is so bad that everything happens and MC cant understand what is going on for the entire book. as the audience we understand even less and are expected to roll with whatever happens... It is terrible storytelling. There is no way a reader can predict anything because there is no well developed system etc, power structure, etc. No development what so ever. things just happen
