Im not sure about others... But in Asian,if there r lovers w different age gaps, the word 'brother' called by the younger in age girlfriend(even if younger by a year), it is actually meant to be coquettish or to be pampered... Its definitely NOT used in the sense of calling ur own blood related brother(or incest)... Its just represent the word 'baby' or 'darling' Hope this will helps...😬😬😬
