The original book isn’t even compared to Saiki Kusou. Why do you think it’s not being sued. Also, there are many stories like Saiki Kusou and you don’t see those getting copyrighted. This is all just ideas coming from someone’s head. But they are also using samples from other stories. That is why the original is not getting sued.
