Disapointig translated novel. Mc with low IQ high ego and 0 good points goes 10 years back in time 2008y but into illogical parallel world that has all that our world has but all big wigs are matial artists. I think beside being arrogant dick and stealing from his little sister mc has nothing going for him. Translation is so so too as it does not bother to translate all words like for example university exam... To wn development team: This has lot of fake reviews here with no content or with same copy paste from different acounts. Is it normal now to let this crap be as reviews?

LIKEActually I read bit futher in raws with google translator. There are several Chinese novels that start very badly because at start characters are just dislikable. This novel falls in the same category. As mc starts university his characters is mostly fixed up by the author and world building starts to make some sense too. You just have to muck through garbage 100+ chapters to get better novel experience.
Lcator1:As a wise man once said, "this is utter bull ****"

Yeah - did not bother to even change names. Later on we find out that history really changed starting 1921y. So it should have been fine to have same names and stuff before it and diverge after that.
Lcator1:It's still lazy, real world corporations were utilised.
I actually liked first 100 or so chapters more 😅 i dropped it at 380 cause of how Author tries to make mc more cunning by dropping other's IQ to garbage level.

Acc? I found after the first 100 - 170 chapters the basic world buildinf was set along with the characters. So the plot began moving more and it became more exciting

Yeah, when he moved into his university thats where the world building and character development really started and it gets exciting from then on. But i like 'potential or premise' more than the actual work. Because actual work always(not always tho) differ from my perspective, i mean how i really wanted the plot to move forward. Anyway the plot was solid but i dropped it because of mc's personality and lots of other reasons. But its just my personal view on it.

What an utter bull****. This is one of the rare stories here that makes the grinding not boring. Just because YOU don't like the character of the MC, does not mean the story is not good. Fang Ping has his own character, cheeky, stingy, but he is capable of caring. This makes him very alive, unlike other MC in most stories in WN. Have a little sense of humour, or try to see people with real sibling in real life and see that FP is actually very real character.
I have 2 brothers and 1 sister and I am the eldest. So telling me that I dont know what siblings are is bit absurd. When I wrote the review then there were not that many translated chapters. For me the start of the novel is bad and story starts to get better later 100+ chapters. Later it develops into quit ok novel. Only thing I have to agree is that some things people think funny dont make me even smile.

That's fair. Everyone has their own views to things. Personally, after the world building, the plots finally started to pick up pace👌

what reason do you have for that? why do you think this word should not be translated? I have never in my life heard this world how would I know its meaning if the translator doesn't do that ?
DigBick:If you are talking about Gaokao then I prefer it that way and I think it should be translated like that instead of university exam.
There are many things we don't know in life or have never heard about. That doesn't mean translator start translating it according to your understanding instead of how the author wanted to portray it. If you read something from other culture there going to be many thing you have never heard about.

It not the translators job to translate to your understanding. Their job is to be faithful to the original materiel. Have you ever read more complex novels and biography's. Translator is not going to dumb it down to your level.
HydroNL:Its the translators job to translate it to our understanding, what are you on about lol
