The mc is too linear. They made him stingy and that is his only defining trait, after 150 chp he still has no character development, and is just a douche. He doesn’t value any relationship at all and treats his own companions and people in general horribly. 150+ chapters and little story not world development. No idea on the hierarchy structure/world background and nothing on cultivation ranks.

I think it's around after 200 hundred chaps before they talk about the Power Structure, the story will also progress there. The first 100+ chaps are probably there to strengthen the MC to catch up with people on the same age as him(Which are usually people in the Martial Path Realm).
