What happens when you read a lot of reborn novels, people sometimes complain how the character, usually the villain/villainess, get "taken over" and become a fake protagonist. They use their modern knowledge and golden fingers to win in life, but retain nothing of their past unassuming selves, writing it all off in a footnote. What I love about this novel is how, Lena, the protagonist of this novel, doesn't become your typical mc. She doesn't suddenly regret the ways of the original nor does she berate her actions. In fact, lingering feelings still affect her in some ways and help build her as a strong, independent character. It was a slow transformation. She comes to terms with both selves and acknowledges both of them. She even pays tribute to the former Lena and justifies herself. Her form of weapon: living well! She also doesn't try to appease and wait upon the true ML and FL of the story like most other reborns do, inadvertently becoming the true hero in the progress. Lena realizes she can only rely on herself and her family as she takes steps to built on her skills and resources. Recognizing she's truly weak and powerless, she has no true golden finger. Here especially is where the previous Lena's relentless and arrogant character helps push her forth, granting her courage in the face of her enemies. As for the ML, Kris seems like your typical villain second lead. He ruthless, domineering, and willful to the extreme! That paired with his not just women but people hating ways, he's your run-of-the-mill cheery boy ML who will come to dote upon the MC exclusively. Personally not a favorite, but I can see why they're so popular, especially when they're so well thought out. There's a certain satisfaction to making them fall ლ(´ڡ`ლ) This novel gives the two a much more equal relationship; they mutually benefit from each other. Kris starts to cure his people phobia and fulfill his long-time wish of hugging his mother, while Lena learns the ins-and-outs of the true business world. Their banter especially give the characters more form instead of the usual male God and Goddess pair. They're much more human and the interactions between the two are pure comedy gold! This isn't a true revenge novel where the MC(s) slay their way to the top. Each character has circumstances unrelated to the MC and the world doesn't revolve around her alone! The author has really good sense and none of the conflicts get dragged onto nth million chapters (I exaggerated a little... but not by much 😂). Although there are some mistakes here and there, they aren't so glaring that it takes away from the novel. An overall fun and light-hearted read! And with consistent updates!!!! Much appreciation and love 💕💕💕 .... Boy, I swear I wasn't planning on writing an essay 😅

This is one of my favourite novels right now..... Very interesting... The FL personality is just very good. She is not too strong, she just use her brain AND she makes mistakes "not stupid ones though". The ML is kinda cute... First you will think he is bad and all... Well he is but every body have their goods and bads soo yeah. He didn't rape her at least like other novels on webnovel these days... Anyway it's very fun to read so READ IT. I like it very much ❤️❤️YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED FOR SURE!!!!

The story doesn't make sense. Mc wants second lead type but is chasing after main lead type. Her actions also don't make much sense. Before transmigration story also doesn't make sense.

This novel has been super interesting and captivating!!! The author experienced some technical difficulties therefore had to move the novel under a different title, and not all the readers are aware therefore it hasn't received as much love as before. However the quality of this novel is undeniable. The characters are detailed and so well designed. Everything about this novel is amazing. The author is also very nice and hardworking, they truly appreciate every single reader ♡

if you like abusive CEO who tried to hurt FL very baldy, but FL ends up falling in love whit him knowing he tried to hurt her, then this is for you. (not talking about the gangster who tried to rape her, FL had two bounties on her, one made by villain, other made by ML, so even if ML ends up falling in love whit her later in the story, he did still pay people to make her "immobiled" in other words handicapped, and FL knows he did this, still she falls in love whit him). But for all means, if you like abusive CEOS who is mentally psychopath, then this is just for you.
