Bow to the author, TheRedQueen. This is one of the best stories I’ve ever read. At first I was hesitant in reading this book due to the synopsis. But after reading the second book, I know I have to read this. What I would have missed if I let myself be swayed by my incertainty. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

OMG THANK YOU for giving this book a chance!!! ❤️❤️❤️ I'm glad you liked it!!! May I ask for your genuine feedback on the synopsis? 🙈🙈 was it too wordy? Were you hesitant because it was a taboo related topic? Or anything else? You can be honest or you Dont have to mention anything. I wanted to know so I fan improve it if it needs to be changed! 😊 Thank you for the review!! 💕💕

I’m not sure if I consider it as taboo but I was not sure how the story would unfold that would make the protagonists not become the center of too much ridicule and judgments. I mean “all is fair in love and war” and “love conquers all” after all. So, with many stories to read, I just make a pass of this book at first but save it to my list of “to read books”. I started to read Sweet Valley High to Nancy Drews then to Mills and Boons and so many western books. So I can say that I’m open-minded. Maybe it’s because I just had finished a story of more than a thousand chapters that not only focus on the love story, the character developments but dwells too much on revenge and face slappings that I felt like reading light stories for the meantime. What I like in how you wrote your story was that you make the main and real reason why the FL’s name was changed to be known in an explosive way. Hence the fact that at one time they were considered siblings can be overlooked for those busybodies. What’s important was that they got the support of their family and the people that matters. After this, I’m definitely reading the third book. So kudos and continue to write beautiful and inspiring and entertaining books. I and the thousands who read your stories really enjoyed them.

As she manages this betrayal, she discovers a deep ploy to hinder her from claiming her rightful inheritance. Devastated but determined, Nora takes a daring step to regain control of her life. Enter Demetri 'The Demon' to those who know him, a formidable man barely known to her, who offers her protection and support in return for a contract marriage to satisfy him. In a twist of fate, Nora marries Demetri to claim her inheritance and fight those who plotted against her. But as she battles her own family and Demetri's many rivals, will she be able to keep from falling for the man known to crush people beneath his booted heel. Excerpt: She had forgotten that the man was intimidating and directly challenged him. Rather than speaking, Demetri rose from his seat and approached her deliberately. Although it was a mere few steps, time seemed to stretch for Nora. When he was almost within touching distance, his hand gently landed on her knee, moving it sideways. His touch moved with a hint of a caress, and he stepped between her open legs. Nora sat there in frozen silence, her eyes wide like a deer caught in headlights. Catching her chin between his fingers, he tilted her face upwards and spoke unhurriedly," You are my wife." She nodded her head slowly in affirmation while his thumb slowly traced her lip. "I have given you time to gather your emotions." Another nod. Nora's nervousness made her lick her lips, acutely aware of his intense gaze fixed upon them. "Your reason for the marriage was to secure your inheritance and get away from under your mother's thumb." "Yes..." Nora whispered in confusion. Her confusion was not about his statement but about the bewildering sensations coursing through her. What was happening with her? "It's time for you to fulfil your end of the contract, yes?" He continued. "Yes," Nora whispered breathlessly. Why was she breathless? Had the oxygen level in the house dropped? Was the air suddenly thinning? Abruptly, his hand left her face, and she watched as he drew closer. It was then that Nora comprehended what was unfolding. All those tantalizing, heart-pounding kisses she had read about in novels were about to possibly become her reality. But the anticipated kiss didn't happen. Instead, he paused near her and commanded, "Kiss me."

Devilish secretary

After centuries of ruling the underworld with terrifying power, Lilith dies in an epic battle, only to be reborn in the human world. But instead of a grand rebirth as a queen of darkness, she's reincarnated as something far more mundane—a secretary. Rather than despair, Lilith finds this new life amusing. After all, who would suspect the devil herself to be working a 9-to-5? Settling into her new reality, Lilith embraces her role, living in a luxurious apartment and working diligently in her office. Though her devilish instincts are hard to suppress, she's determined to be the perfect secretary. But when people push her too far, the devil within still comes out to play. When a creep in the office dares to look at her the wrong way, she calmly fixes her gaze on him. "You keep staring like that, and I'll show you what a broken wrist feels like." The man quickly scurries away, leaving Lilith with a satisfied smirk. Even the rich, entitled girl from accounting isn't safe from her wrath. "You think you can push me around just because you've got money? I've burned entire kingdoms for less. Don't test me." She says this with a calm smile, her eyes glinting dangerously. The day continued like that—stopping creeps in their tracks, putting rude heiresses in their place, and being the flawless secretary she intended to be. But, of course, her boss—the CEO—had his eyes on her, more curious than ever. And while the entire office might fear her or wonder about her, she remained blissfully indifferent. This was fun. And she wasn't here to impress anyone but herself. Who knew being a secretary could be so... interesting?
