I would fix the issue of not having quotations because it is distracting to read. The story itself is somewhat interesting, but because of the unfixed quotations it loses steam and ease of reading. I'm at ch 5 and they haven't been fixed, which means it is not a one time deal. Please edit this properly from the beginning as you will lose reader interest from the lack of quotation marks.
