Review Detail of 90rocks in Gamer Naruto

It’s pretty good. It’s awesome in some ways..... like seeing (err reading) Naruto do say or think things he wouldn’t ever have done in the original story line. I like that the author here made how skewed the original world was and that’s fine but I’m a bit annoyed by how disconnected it is to me. And, in a way I feel like the MC is really the Gamer in a Naruto suit BUT I mean it is supposed to be “fusion” after all. That said, I kinda seen a lot of this in the Gamer but didn’t care for it there and here either. I mean I get that it’s like a game and you try to get benefits like skills etc but I mean REALLY he met his dead mom and dad and he simply exploited them while callously gave him gifts then he does 360 turnaround?! He supposed to be a lot more the wisher and live more the way he wants to live yet he listens to a strange disembodied voice? I mean it’s way more then in the Gamer where there it’s like a computerized system instead of you know an obviously fully sentient being that’s not you. It’s just that it’s hard to get that nostalgic feeling when the character is so so different... that said I like the idea of seeing this Naruto take the darker paths he almost did yet I get that the author here wants to make a unique path that the MC takes an that’s cool but it’s just.... kinda hollow feeling and ends up being a kinda parody which I actually enjoyed a lot. Still at other times it felt dull... like I wasn’t in any real anticipation because it’s trying to be one thing then another yet not really entirely getting both and it’s just him talking to a voice and doing everything unfeelingly and selfishly then taking a 180 occasionally. Still the concept is interesting and well it’s okay overall. In the end it has potential and doesn’t have to super serious, in all it is the author’s dream and is awesome for sharing it.
