It's bad, which is a shame because the grammar is pretty decent in this fic. The main character, after being horifically murdered in an extremely violent way that would likely drive anyone insane, is reincarnated along with the person who killed him. Instead of attempting or even planning a completely justified revenge kill, the main character actively HELPS THE PERSON WHO MURDERED HIM BECOME STRONGER AND MORE AFFLUENT. Whether the lead is braindead or just a doormat, his characterization is entirely unrealistic and outright frustrating. It sours the story.

It's already been implied multiple times that Rou is the same person that tore him to pieces and ate him alive in his past life. The MC said he died against a powerful esper who eneded up eating his body. We know that Rou had such an ability as an esper even on Earth. Plus, the MC recognized Goblin Rou's ability in one of the earlier chapters. It's a pretty easy connection to make.
