I stopped reading by chapter 10 because I hated the characters so much. I’m not sure about afterwards but up to that point it’s a perfect example of a abusive relationship. The ML through the means of debt, slander and coercion repeatedly sexually assaults the female lead. He even threatens her family if she doesn’t obey him. She is forced into a marriage agreement with him and up til that point she somehow barely resists on the basis that’s he’s really attractive. The ML is disgusting, I don’t care what his sob story is it doesn’t give him the right to force himself on other women. The FL probably grew up in a abusive household or something. Why else would she be okay with being attracted to a man who emotionally and sexually abuses her? The FL should be terrified and angry at his actions. The only happy ending I see for this story is that the ML is in prison or assassinated, or the FL changes her identity but I don’t see that happening.

Maybe it is. But after the first 10 chapters I hated the characters too much to ever want to continue reading. I would rather spend my time reading novels and comics I enjoy.

The definition of sexual assault is illegal sexual contact that usually involves force upon a person without consent. I haven’t read any further than chapter 10 but I distinctly remember him forcibly kissing her when she says no and tries to run. If a girl is running away from you that’s not consent. And despite the fact she’s some sort of martial arts expert I also remember he easily overpowers her to force himself on her because ML is OP or something. While I don’t remember the exact details but in the first few chapters he did threaten her. How he would ruin her reputation and he mentions her parents somewhere in the threat. And while I don’t know what he’s doing in the later chapters, from the first few his behavior is inexcusable.

I’m struggling with the concept that when it’s in comic form I’m not horrified by it. Whereas put this in a movie or something, and my discomfort would be immediate. Enough to have to walk out. I just started reading these things, and I’m kind of shocked at how many are really truly beyond f*cked up. But like I said before, gah it should definitely bother me more 😳
HE DID NOT THREATEN HER FAMILY. If u didn’t read the book properly since u only read till chapter 10 u have no right to complain bout dis book! The fact dat he sexually assaulted her is right but she didn’t actually react except saying no so it kinda seemed like she liked it...

I agree if you look at the latest chapter 😂👌and I feel that she slowly becomes to love him and gets so jealous when she’s with other males why tho🤨. And thank you for say that

So if a man forces himself on a women but she says no she actually means yes? Was she sexually attracted to him sure but does sexual attraction means that supermodels can rape whoever they want? I mean they are attractive so if they force themselves onto women who say no but kinda like it it’s not sexual assault or rape? I didn’t say dat he didn’t sexually assault her. I said he did but she seemed to like it. If u don’t like the book then jus don’t spoil it cuz there’s other ppl who would like to read it.

Really? I’m not bothering to go back and read this but in the first 10 chapters I distinctly remember her trying to use martial arts on him but he restrains her and kisses her anyway. And she did resist so I’m not sure what you consider consent but if you don’t think what the ML does is sexual assault you’re going to run into a lot of issues mimicking him in real life.

Do you even understand what you’re saying?? Why? The statement that “she kinda like it” is tantamount to giving her consent.
