I see Reidrain as one of the best fan-fiction authors on this site, which means I have high hopes when it comes to his novels. And until now I haven't been disappointed. The world is presented just enough for a Marvel "noobie" to know characters but not enough to understand them.(of course the are only 8 ch so you can't ask for much) In this period the authors has IRL problems and has other novel so updates might happen 2-3 times in a month. Which is kinda bad for a site that promotes quantity over quality, but it might mean that the book has a stronger fan-base imo. First 7 chapters have been fast paced and action packed which is normal for the start of a story since the author wants to keep you hooked enough to follow the story. Ch 8 and the story seems to slow down for the character development. My favorite part since I always enjoyed a build character over some random over-the-top fight scene. Personality wise the MC has issues. Not sure if I am right on that one so I won't dwell to much. A good read on a oversaturated site.
