Very good premise, and the story started out strong. As it goes, however, the story becomes extremely frustrating to read. The main character's decisions seem forced and pretty obviously non-optimal given the information provided. Not to mention weird inclusion of a gun that seemed extremely out of place and forced for no reason. Also, every character besides the MC seems to be omniscient, as they either already have all the MCs info, or gain it nearly immediately. MC seems to simultaneously have amazing cheats and yet remain infuriatingly underpowered despite obvious methods of powering up. Dropped bc it legit made my blood pressure go up. I wanted to like it so badly, but I just couldn't. Huge disappointment.

Hello, sorry for the late reply. MC's forced decisions have some big reasons. Let's take the first mission to the rural town as an example. That itself is a scheme his enemy planned to give MC some information about the Holem's Crown and let the artifact reveal its presence. Then, it's about every character who knew about him and seemed omnipotent. Well, that was also deliberately done by the enemy to halt his growth. If the enemy didn't do that despite knowing that MC is growing faster than a normal mystic, he would be an absolute fool. I agree that I added the gun part without thinking much; it is just one of his trump cards. Although there are a few flaws here and there, most of them have big reasons, though. I can't give more information because that will turn into spoilers for future readers. If you get past chapter 70, you will understand the reason behind all these forced plots. You are thinking from MC's perspective, but I'm writing this from every character's perspective. So, nothing is forced here. Just that MC and the readers have less information about the world... That's it, buddy. Good Luck!

it seems you didn't read enough. both "knowledge" of enemies as well as main character decisions early own is well explained and fits perfectly in the story. simply because he was too weak back then and dealing with peak existences manipulating fate, time and main characters thoughts themselves. the 1st arc was entirely about the main character detecting these anomalies and surviving while learning about the world. afterwards, as he gets stronger, he starts playing others while still trying to escape the schemes of stronger beings.
