Called it quits around the chapter 2200 mark, as it becomes abundantly clear the author was just bsing around to pad the word count for the part1&2s of a chapter he posts every...day. Lith's(the mc) end goal(around the 1000th chapter) is a somewhat uncertain goal of I guess fixing his stunted lifeforce which he could honestlycare less for(because he's edgy like that), but the novel just turns into a melodrama(shameless padding) where characters repeatedly huddle together to speak about their feelings and thoughts again and again to the point that the story comes to a standstill where each chapter in an arc is 80% irrelevant dialogue between characters. Don't bother reading, as it's clear from the author's unabated part 1&2 chapters a day that he's just in it for the money at this point. Starting from the 1700th chapter or even earlier wherever he started doing two part chapters(more like one chapter cut into two) that the novel's story shifted to ever extending the goalposts while simultaneously slowing down the pacing of the novel. It's so egregious that you feel as if the story hasn't made any progress in developing towards a conclusion for the story at all despite reading 1000 chapters where the MC only grew by one increment tier of power. Would not be surprised if this novel went to 4000 chapters.
