I am a HUGE fan of beast-human stories with a drop of reincarnation and romance/erotica. The plot definitely has potential. Handsome ML, smart, loyal, and caring beasts, interesting idea of FL's occupation in a foreign world. However, the story does not flow. The characters are not defined. For example, the real/original FL is many things: an assassin, a cultivator, a jewelry store owner, a pill developer, an alchemist, a one of a kind beauty, a power grabber, a fighter, a boss of some kind of ancient mafia, etc. The male lead's personality is very contradicting. The FL's attitude towards the spirit beasts who are sacrificing everything for her is cold and not caring. There is no development and depths in relationships, no maturity, no sweetness of romance. Thus, ML did not "imprint" on FL or anything like that, then why did he fall for her? She is "trash," not beautiful, not very smart, treats others (her beasts) poorly, lazy, not caring, immature, does not know what she wants... I am not even talking about all grammar mistakes and plot holes. But the most upsetting thing is the lack of storytelling. If only the author could delicately paint the scenes and leave some room for visualization, instead of actually explaining EVERY SINGLE THING... I am sure the author worked very hard on this novel, and hopefully, we will read wonderful stories in the future. This is only my opinion. Please do not take offense. P.S. I finished all chapters before writing this review.

This. I don't know why this has so many good reviews. Makes me think I was reading a different book or people's standards are so low this day they can treat trash as gold. The MLs feelings are very questionable. The MC's character was terrible. Any potential plot can be ruined by the author's lack of writing or plotting sense by prioritizing comedic relief instead of it.
