Then says it's easy to achieve that Said their was 2 paths 1 for body strengthening 1 for mental powers, goes on to say their are half a dozen paths to chose from when you reach 6th stage. Said can only be 1 or the other for cultivation (for some reason not called cultivation) but then goes on to say you can have both until the 6th level where you chose Said you don't get to chose your path it's chosen for you through natural talent goes on to say you choose.
