Author has mentioned a time skip is planned but it certainly hasn't happened in the first 110 chapters. i on the other hand love how he is constantly underestimated based on his appearance. Author gave him an advantage called pitiable so everyone thought he was cute and fluffy. while i understand your point i see it from the other side. also his past life that he gets access to first was a tax lawyer who specialized in drug busts and human trafficking cases because they couldn't hide the money from the illegal activities. His accounting skill was master and thus far is the only master skill anyone has had in this story. I can't imagine him not being able to manipulate most adults after as much time as he would have spent around lawyers trying to get their clients off.

I use his age as a way to get around a lot of the things that would never be possible for older individuals. None of the other characters expect him to be capable of what he does, which gives him an edge. A time skip is planned, but I'm not sure when I will get there.
