The story is amazingly repetitive to the point it feels like the aim is to fill the word count. The MC keeps saying how insulted he is and mad he is at the way people are treating him, but instead of dealing with it in the most direct way, as an amazingly OP cultivator who has lived thousands of years would, he decides to play weak every time. Its full of cliche's to the point that it doesn't feel like an original novel, more like a merge of two or three popular ones, you don't really need to read it to know the storyline.

Remember he was put into someone else's body so he needs to first fully adapt to it, and also incorporate his techniques into said body, and because the body doesn't have muscle memory of said techniques it'll take time for him to train his new body into them, plus because it's a new body in a world with very little spiritual energy, he needs to recultivate raising his cultivation up again from the start. Which again will take awhile because of the world he's in and it's little spirit energy.
