First of all, writing quality and update stability gets full marks. Now, story, character and world are terrible. As a fanfic of CCG, I expect the comedy, the slice of life, the organic character interactions of the original from a fresh perspective. Not this abomination of a power fantasy. Shuhang is OP in the original, but he gets OP over the course of so many chapters and each power-up is accompanied by a lot of trials and tribulations. That makes each one seem hard won. You took my favourite webnovel and turned it into this toxic mess. I read through it all, in the hope that it would improve slightly given enough time. I was willing to be extremely tolerant just so I could have a larger morsel of the world of CCG each day than the original could provide. But this.... this abomination... just no.

LIKEOf course they wouldn't be the same đ I didn't want to write a complete clone of the original. Plus this was supposed to be an alternate reality of sort where certain things are bound to be different. If you wanted a slice of life cultivation fiction, just go back and read original lmao
YesorNo:You positively butchered the characters of Soft Feather and 16... I feel like crying.

I don't get it, I don't think Shuhang was that OP in the original Cultivation chat Group, most of the time it was his lucky encounters and the seniors from the chat group that lend a hand. and emphasis on the word "fanfic" what do you think it mean? I don't think there's a point in reading a total copy and paste as demonstrated by a few other novel. and for the expectation of comedy, slice of life, etc, it is there, you just probably too focus on the characters instead of looking at the overall picture. the last note was very rude, calling a novel a "abomination", if I didn't know any better I would likely think that this comment was meant to incite anger instead of leaving anything productive. if you truly wish to see what a "Abomination" of a novel is, I can give you some of the link -.- trust me, it ain't pretty.
I started reading CCG the day it was added to lnmtl and have followed it for nearly two and a half years now. There are people in real life I know less about than the characters in that book. That is the power of a well written fiction. It makes you feel for the people in its pages. The emotion I experienced while I read about 16 and Soft Feather turning into simpering fools... it was disgust. So, me calling this fiction an abomination is straight talk from a straight person. I am calling it as I see it. If that makes me rude... so be it. I'd prefer the term vocal though.

Oniichan_Thickskin:If thatâs the case then I donât think you should be reading fanfiction.
