hey you also have to take into account the authors personal life, you have no idea what they are going through take a waiter or waitress for example you have no idea what's going on in their life and if they make a mistake, you try your bet to help them am I right? So yes the author is trying their best to give us a story that is entertaining, great, fun to read, esc. you get the point, but still would you like it if you tried your best and someone gave it a rude comment?
