Review Detail of OverkillBills in RWBY idea

don't judge me lol I'm not a writer and I hate grammar seriously its a very tiring thing anyways I hope someone uses this idea but better in a rwby fanfiction I mean I have like a whole story in my mind for it but my imagination is really screwy and stops working sometimes and I don't feel like rewatching the entirety of rwby but the gist of it was id have him/her use it for the first time in the forest for the beacon test with a cool background ost and have him/her change between like ozes time semblance with the calm cool attitude then use like ravens teleports and other stuff like that while battling and killing to the beat
