I hope the portrait ML is not the real lead, cause really how can you turn over a cheater to good husband, that is waaaaaay out of any one's league. And the FL is stupidly foolish to think that things will be fall into place, really I know that family is important and that a child should grow up w/ a whole family BUT take it from me, a child will never want to see or feel proud of a cheating father no matter how much they would say they care for you. I live w/ my parents always (4-5 days / week) arguing abt a third-party and trust me as far as I can remember as a child at 6/7, I know my father has a mistress/gf aside from my mom, and no child will ever want to see her mother breakdown on the street and cry for what did she do wrong in life for her to suffer like this, no child would ever want to helpless, scared and dissapointed to a family like this. And don't make up things that aren't real, my family is broken and its not a fantasy or dream or joke around. I have no hard feelings for the author or story but take in mind the subject of your story, there is no romance on second chances, even now my parents are barely standing each other and that is the best outcome now, atleast they do not hate or expect us to take out my father's presence in our lives, atleast I know his there as a father but never a husband. If you can justify the story then that's great and if you just want to play around the story and do so. I hope you can make it better I will keep reading this bec I like how you construct a story but for the plot and all its up to you.

Thank you for this super honest review and because of this, I would like to honsetly voice out my opinion as well ^^ I'm sincerely sorry that you experienced all that :( I really am. No one deserves to go through the pain of being in a broken family. That being said, there are really things that are out of our control. I'm not saying that I tolerate cheating. It's just that I think people are susceptible to making unwise decisions most of the time. I respect your thoughts on this novel and from here, I would like to clarify that it is not my intention to 'play around' with this theme. Personally, before writing this, I asked myself what would I do if I were in the FL's situation. If I discover that my husband is cheating, would I divorce him right away? Would I take revenge? Would I also cheat because I cheated first? Although not many would agree with me, I would've chosen to be a little more patient because I was taught to believe that if a person can change for the worse, then a person can also change for the better. Again, I am not defending cheaters and this just my perspective. We're all human and imperfect, we all came from different backgrounds, we all have different stories and we all make mistakes. Second chances aren't given to everyone and so if we're one of the lucky few to receive those, let's all use them for good. Dear author, I have a question. What about the female lead? Why is it that the cheater gets a second chance when the victim wasn't even give A chance to begin with. How is that fair? Will she have to always be the one forgiving and moving on in the name of "love" and for the sake of keeping the family as a unit? Also, why is it that the cheater (in this case the ML) gets forgiven in the end after basically trampling on her dignity? Please don't take this in the wrong manner these are genuine questions and most of the time romance stories that have a cheating partner barely touch on those things and think something as deceitful, selfish, disrespectful and humilating as cheating can be swept under the rug because the FML still loves them (and they ignore the open wound that is still there and the broken trust). I believe in second chances for cheaters just not with the same person they cheated on cause it's always there in the back of the mind. Finally, cause I'm a petty individual lol can I request that she leaves him and moves on, if only for a bit before coming back to the ML (to at least show that she's not dependent on him as the only guy that will like/love her) also, it may help her confidence and also show the ML she can leave his arse in a heartbeat if she wanted to so that bastard doesn't get arrogant. Sorry for the long dissertation lol just thought it was an interesting topic albeit very polarising. Anyways, take care and wish you the best of luck x
