stopped reading at chapter 1.. unnecessary (words) the story does not need those words inside the parenthesis the readers are not 5 year old that we need to know that the MC is speaking/looking at the person he is speaking with.. if I'm not wrong this is a novel not a comic.

the parentheses I use to put the thoughts and some actions of the prota ... the truth is I am not a child of 5 years but there are times when I read novels there are parts that I do not understand, or because they do not describe it well or not which character is the one who makes them ... that's why I do the script type script ... that's why I put it so that the author's retarder (me) does not confuse me

Than you should try to do better. Parentheses should not be in this kind of literature, like never. There is no excuse for this, symbols like "/", "()" or "[]" should not be used in fiction. It is excusable in system-type novels.
