this novel has an interesting story , the only thing lacking is the absence of s e x .in the situation the mc is in , given what we know about history, a guy in the mc's position would be fucking 1 of his 12 wives at least twice a day by his current age and would been married at 15 in that kind of society where girls start giving birth by 13 . aside from this your mc is cool and i like the world you made for him

Actually wrong, the belief that younger marriage and birth was common in ancient times is actually a common misconception, just like people living shorter lives. Younger marriage and birth below 16 was extremely uncommon, due to high rates of death in childbirth when younger.
