Read the raw up to 5000+ chapters. I absolutely loved this story but unfortunately the author seems to have dropped this novel since 5700 something chapters. She hasn’t updated another chapter for almost 2 years despite updating her other novels. So beware if you start this! I’m just disappointed the author didn’t even try to rush to end the novel or anything either :(

Update: To those still around waiting for updates. I just found out some details of what happen.🙃 Apparently back in 2019 China banned the writing of military-related novels online because it’s a “sensitive” topic(according to the government) and it was gaining a lot of hype, which then resulted in the endless hiatus of this novel :( The author also wrote a lot of raw details and stories in here revolving the military and what not... So who knows when the ban will be lifted... It’s been 2 years already. You can still read the raw version on pirated sites😅
Really? I am so sad but Im reallY looking forward for Ye Jian anD Capt. Xia Love story hiw it will end. See! Author i still read this even it has no ending at 5000+ chapter, I read some part in RAW but sorry, i really can’t understand what kind of translation is that, it’s kind if wasting my tiMe, that’s why i still prefer waiting to read in this app

Well, there's an update from the author after I went through weibo with google translate. Apparently the author already finish the series eventhough the ending seems to be rushed. As of now I haven't read it yet, since it's only available on Chinese browser call QQBrowser. While android user can install the app to read it, the browser has no english translation option so it's seems challenging just to read it as mtl 🥲.
