You are absolutely right! Can you imagine the FL just admitted that she won't be easily fooled but the opposite always happens. I mean she keeps asking herself with many "why's" with regards to her cousin being two-faced white lotus. But then kept being fooled again and again. Too much foolishness and stupidness FL's character! I keep hoping she will changed but the plot is still in the same straight line. No suspense whatsoever. Goodbye for its boring story line...

I was excited to read this novel but after your comments I am not sure anymore.

Actually you are right, but only for the first bit of the book. Yes the MC is quite poorly conceived, however, as the story progresses, her character gets a little more depth and you understand her better. In the beginning I understand why everyone is frustrated because of her reluctance in the meeting of the two, but soon you will be able to sympathize and agree with her a little more. If you continue to read, you will see, I promise, unless you already read a lot and just plainly don’t like the MC, then I understand. (**, pls don’t take this as hate, I’m just stating my honest opinion of this story and your comment.)
