Review Detail of Sam_Arcied in Vicious Luck

This comic TOTALLY FORGOT it's selling point. Which is the character is able to control his' luck. It was supposed to be a semi supernatural one. Then it became a gangster comic! Totally the same with God of Martial Arts and Don's Otherworld Adventure. They both forgot that they are REINCARNATORS and became a pure Martial Arts and Historical comic respectively.
