If your read the title carefully, the title is "Nano machine" and not an mc name,his world,his power or other else. Because mc is too stupid to even understand what the nano machine are talking about.because he is more than decades behind when nano machine are founded. And so useless that without nano machine he will be nothing other than cold corpse,strange things is he even got a descedant, how? And his descendant didnt even said who is his would be wife. What would happen if he marry other woman later? Wont you give him the nano machine for nothing and woulnt that not help for his descendant future? But well,over all the story is good and i am waiting for the next chaptee,keep up the good work for author translator and editor thanks

If our mc is more successfull than before,would he still marry the same wife? How would they know if they would ever meet? Or maybe didnt get seduce by more beautyfull women because he is more up to it.

It depends on how time travel would actually affect the future, because there's all sorts of theories but the most common one is that interacting with anyone can cause a chain reaction that affects the future. But this book could be based on the theory where it's an infinite loop and that in the future where his descendant came from he already has the nano machines like the end of the marvel zombies comics
It’s the time paradox effect like in futurama. Someone goes back in time and changes something then when they go back into the future they find out that if they didn’t go back in time to make the change then they wouldn’t exist. It’s also explains why if you go back in time the laws of the universe won’t let you change anything unless it was destined to happen. It’s a theory that will never be proven
This novel reminds me of a Japanese manga that has the same settings, can't think of the name of the manga but it is old

Might be a little late but descendant could just mean someone with his fam bloodline( the lord and brother and sister) maybe the other little shits who inherit the clan did something stupid so the future is harsh and they need him to become the lord instead to try to change the outcome even it means branching out the timeline or destroying their own future
