Don't worry, because what I said was mostly the truth anyway (at least unlike those who just bias in either full negative or positive, I at least try to provide both to what I know so far, though I may miss some part), and the discord part for the author though, if you did check in and notice not much active in it currently though, then you do have reason to doubt, for some reason the author become less active and the server become that silent for more than half a yeah already, sadly. yup, guess you haven't reach to some certain arc then, beside the author are quite inexperience in early chapter/volume, so it fine if you don't want to continue reading since it your option anyway. Though if you want to find a reason to continue reading, then it do become better later though, just need enough patient for it, not all novel is perfect anyway, even some novel from Tolkien have his flaw (if I remember right, the first real highlight of this novel is chapter 80, and after volume 2, the mc become a king through plotting, and of course since you are still in 'really early stage' so it quite understandable that the mc are quite immature in some part, he do grow up later to be a damn good scheming though and do use his knowledge/experience, like how to scam other people, chapter 492 is where he no longer scheming in the dark and now do include with his few selected people to scheming with, where I don't think there are that many china mc who do though. It still seems that way at 330 chapters in, but overall it gets better.
