Honestly, this novel reminds me of both Dead Space and Resident Evil. I don't know if my thoughts are shared by the author, but it is truly close to the logic behind those two games. Especially since the lore behind them is often found in the logs and different letters you find everywhere. You only have partial truth all along, sometimes you hear something from one point of view, sometimes all you wish to see is a pack of biscuits left intact. People lie, numbers lie, computers lie. But there is only one truth, whatever it was, no one will escape unharmed.

Honestly, from all the originals I have read, yours is at the top at being original. Of course, by being like that, it made little to no sense to most readers (especially the ones seeking the wish fulfillment xianxia and harem or worst, the rape "romance") and it can't be adapted to be a true book. But that's fine (more or less). I really hope you will continue writing this, even if some reviews would leave bad taste because someone will find "too hard" to understand the hidden plot behind the lines of code. And maybe upload a bit more frequently ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ? (at least keep the record of no more than a week without any chapter)

So there will be updates for quite some while. as for the upload frequency. I'll see how I'll feel once the new school semester is out. But will definitely keep going with the updates
