the world building is so good i love the small (in world) novel exerps in the begining of some chapters it helps give some lore without the several chapter long lore dump, as well as giving an interesting outside perspective of what is happening. the mc is also an enjoyable character and the side characters as well as background characters get a lot of personality as well. the story updates every day, currently for free!
